1. Payment Methods

All payments are one-time payments. Customers can pay securely using the payment methods available during checkout, including:

  • Bancontact (where available)
  • Other locally supported European payment methods

Payments are processed through trusted and secure payment service providers.


2. Payment Process

When placing an order, the total amount payable is clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Where a refund is approved:

  • No additional refund processing fees are charged.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned goods or proof of return shipment.
